Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
We are shipping as quickly and as safely as we can and are keenly aware of the delays that our shipping providers may be experiencing as a global pandemic has forced them to make adjustments to their systems and policies.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates but we are shipping Monday - Thursday 9 am - 3 pm EST and will fill every order in the order that it was received. You will receive emails with status alerts and tracking information as your order is updated. If something looks funky on your order status, check in with us by emailing our chocolatiers at hello@yummyworks.com.
Sadly, we cannot control the holding and transportation of your chocolate/candy en route to you. We wish we could, but instead, we must recommend that you ship responsibly for optimum product quality upon arrival. If there is a delay with your shipment please contact the courier first. If there is something wrong with what you received or your package never arrives, reach out to us at hello@yummyworks.com and we'd be happy to help get things sorted out for you.
Shipping to Warm Climates
If you’re shipping YummyWorks chocolate to a very hot climate (70 degrees or above), we highly recommend selecting overnight shipping at checkout. If overnight shipping is not selected at checkout, we cannot assume responsibility for melted sad looking candy.
If overnight shipping is selected for warm climate destinations, we will include ice packs and insulation for your order to do our part in trying to prevent any meltage. Otherwise, we will assume that you are taking the risk of receiving melted chocolate or candies, but we really hate for you to open your package very excited to only find a sticky mess.
As an aside, we, unfortunately, cannot ship to PO boxes.
Returns and Exchanges Perishables
We're confident that you'll be delighted with your YummyWorks purchase. We are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality product.
Unfortunately, perishables cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience issues with your order please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@yummyworks.com or use the contact form located at Yummyworks.com and we will work with you on a resolution. We will do everything we can to make your experience at Yummyworks an excellent one.
Note if overnight shipping was not selected at checkout, we cannot assume responsibility for melted sad-looking candy. We cannot control the environment your treats are shipped. Please refer to our shipping policies above.
Returns & Exchanges Non Perishables
Non Perishables may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items returned must be in original unused condition. Please notify us via email so we know the return is on it's way. We recommend sending us a tracking number included with the package.
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it was the result of our error (wrong items sent). We are sorry, but we do not offer free return shipping.
Once the item is received back, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding original shipping cost.
If the return is the result of our error, we will send you a prepaid shipping return label via email.
